Business Development Manager — Healthcare
Lead business growth initiatives for GreatCare’s healthcare-related products, services, partnerships, and institutional accounts in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives for healthcare-related solutions, products, and services across the Philippines.
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, distributors, healthcare providers, and corporate accounts.
- Generate new leads, build a qualified pipeline, and close strategic partnerships that contribute to revenue growth.
- Conduct market research on healthcare industry trends, customer needs, pricing, competitors, and expansion opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and partnership agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams on implementation, account servicing, product positioning, and customer retention.
- Represent GreatCare in meetings, industry events, client presentations, and business negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance, business targets, and account development plans, and submit regular reports to management.
- Support the development of strategic go-to-market plans for healthcare vertical expansion in the Philippines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, account management, sales, or partnerships within the healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, wellness, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare market and institutional sales environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling B2B accounts, corporate clients, or healthcare institutions is an advantage.
- Results-driven, organized, and capable of working independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel for business meetings, client visits, and market development activities when required.
- Preferably able to start within 30 days or less.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware / software issues.
- Commit to meet target deadlines.
- Deliver responsive and high quality service to customers.
- Follow closely to company support procedure and escalate client issues to company management as appropriate.

Requirements
