ERP / SaaS Terms

These ERP / SaaS Terms apply to GreatCare ERP services, software subscriptions, hosted solutions, implementation support, and related platform access provided by GreatCare.
Service model and customer responsibilities
ERP and SaaS offerings may include hosted access, implementation support, configuration, integrations, analytics, workflow design, user onboarding, and support services. Customer access and scope remain subject to proposal approval, project acceptance, and GreatCare’s commercial confirmation.
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their data, user access control, internal approvals, and lawful use of the platform.
- GreatCare may rely on customer-provided information, data structures, process maps, and requirements.
- Custom features, integrations, migrations, and module expansions may require separate fees and timelines.
Acceptable use
Customers must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt hosted environments, introduce malicious code, or use the service for unlawful or infringing purposes.
Availability, support, and data
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ERP / SaaS services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis and may be subject to maintenance windows, hosting limitations, security updates, third-party dependencies, and implementation constraints.
Intellectual property and licensing
GreatCare and its licensors retain ownership of underlying software, frameworks, templates, code libraries, and platform architecture, except where a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Termination and suspension
GreatCare may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security concerns, misuse, or material breach. Upon termination, access, retention windows, and transition support will be governed by the applicable proposal, order form, or service agreement.
